They’re a specialist B2B social media agency, based in Cambridge. OST works with large tech businesses, providing them with social media strategy, creative, community management, advertising and insights.
They explain how they fundraised for Blue Smile and how they found fundraising for a local mental health charity.
Putting ‘fun’ in fundraising!
“As a company we decided we wanted to fundraise for a local charity as our charity of the year. The staff took a vote on a number of local charities and Blue Smile came out on top!
We’ve done things from bake-offs to bike rides over the last year to raise funds for Blue Smile.
Every year we host a 4-week bake-off with a different theme each week and people pay to judge – it’s great fun and the staff love getting involved.
At the end of 2022 we did our first static bike challenge cycling from Cambridge to Paris over the course of a few days – it was a real team effort to get the miles in and we raised over £600!
Coming up this year we are looking at hosting a Mario-kart tournament for the staff!”
